Register for the Gathering Expedition nearest you! The Gathering Expedition is a powerful weekend retreat, designed for 8th - 12th grade youth and their adult leaders. Participants will experience space to pause, listen, grow and move. Throughout the weekend, your group will worship, wrestle with big questions and grow deeper connections. It’s a space for young people to explore how God might be working in their lives.

Gathering Expedition: Financial Assistance! 💸

Financial assistance is available for the 2025 Gathering Expedition by clicking the button below. Applications open Aug. 4 and will close Aug. 22. Applicants will be notified by Aug. 29 if they are awarded assistance for their youth.

The primary adult leader is responsible for applying on behalf of the youth participant. Assistance is offered based on the financial need of the youth participant and their families, not the financial status of their congregations or local communities.

Faith Lens, a weekly Bible study blog for youth and young adults, is looking for a new editor for the 2025-26 cycle. The primary duties of this role are to coordinate writers, edit their work and post blog articles every week between Labor Day and Memorial Day. There is potential to grow this paid contract role into creating social media and other short-form content related to Faith Lens. Each installment of Faith Lens pairs a contemporary world event or trending topic with the concurrent Bible readings from the Revised Common Lectionary. It is a widely utilized resource with over 8,000 views each month and is used in a variety of contexts, from congregations and campus ministries to adult groups, serving as an intergenerational conversation guide and more.
